Needed a single gutter and downspout for an addition I built. They were fast and efficient with the install, but didn't seal the downspout of the gutters, so there are jagged edges on the outside that will catch all kinds of debris (and possibly people and pet skin) and be impossible to clean. Gutters installed for 2500 in 2021, and it’s clear the install was not done to a reasonable standard. Gutters on the front and back of the house are falling off the building. We called about the warranty and were told workmanship has a 1-year warranty and it would cost $95 to have a tech evaluate the rework. After pushing back on that fee a ticket was opened with the local office, but we have not heard from them.
