Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of the issues and explained what would be done to remedy. The explanation and options of financing was clear not pressured. Service and follow up was excellent. We would recommended to others.
Beware of Sales Tactics ! We signed up for a free estimate at the local Halifax RV show where this company had a booth. They came the following week and gave a ridiculous estimate of over $8,000 with tax. He then gave us a 15% discount for being at the RV show and another 15% seniors discount. The new estimate was a little over $6,000 with tax. After advising this was too expensive, the salesman called the “President” and he spoke to us over speaker phone. I had brand new gutters installed. The next morning, dew - morning dew - was leaking out every corner. I couldn't believe it.... 7k + tax, custom sealant that's supposed last 50 years cuz it's so great.... And morning dew leaks out every single corner. Ridiculous. I will say they were quick to book a service call, and so there is the chance that my review will change for the better. First impression, however, is very distressing. EDIT - service call went well. Both your sales staff and installer were excellent to deal with. Sean Kenalty came to my house equipped with samples and carefully explained what Leaf Filter does. Your installer came on a Sunday to squeeze my gutter protection system in during your very busy summer season. Because it was a small job you gave me an excellent discount that I really appreciate.
Leaf Filter did a good job on the installation portion of my experience. I was told by their Senior Territory Consultant that when the job was complete we wouldn't even know that they had been here. Well that description fell a little off the mark. Nails, screws, metal shards, caulking old and caulking new all littered about the property. Water bottles too.
