when trying to get someone in the service deportment to call back, this never happens, so if you have a problem no one will respond to you, I've tried several time, no luck, call the install line they said to call warranty hot line, still no respond. they say the cutter will never plug this is false we had a new 6" section installed, second rain it plugged up, beware of their false advertising , New leaf is not as good as they claim.
