This is a tough one for me as I initially liked the product and the reviews all seemed to be good. The install and overall functionality of this product actually did almost $1000 damage to my home. Called Leaf Filter about the warranty on it and they said they couldn't send anyone until Monday as it was the weekend and service calls are $95 to start with. Denver Gould came to give me an estimate for my water dranage/eves. I can't say which I was most impressed with,the product or the man selling it. Very nice human. Down to earth, friendly, and knows the product well. I was going to pass due to finances , but they have financing that is affordable for seniors like me. The lifetime warranty, no maintenance and transferable if I sell my home MADE IT EASY FOR ME TO TRUST THE PROCESS. Once contacted, the Leaf Filter team was most efficient. The sales rep, Chuck, visited the same day and we were able to negotiate a price that worked for all. Our installer, Jesse, arrived the next morning and installed our Leaf Filter guards. He was pleasant, particular, quick and very competent. The whole installation was a positive experience and we are quite happy with the result.
Arrived…timely…..I was impressed with the knowledge and efficiency in which the rotten soffit boards were removed and replaced with treated wood!! Jesse is amazing with his skills!! Thank you Tony for getting this done!! Very fair pricing also!! Total clean up as well!! Great Service!!
