“I am a senior citizen and I was quoted $16,770 for gutter replacement and leaf covers. I felt the price was extremely high for the work being offered. As a senior on a fixed income, this was very concerning to me. I encourage other homeowners, especially seniors, to get multiple quotes before signing anything. She provided a budget-friendly quote that made sense, with no pressure or hidden surprises, which made the decision easy for me. I felt comfortable and confident moving forward right away. I really appreciated her honesty and straightforward approach and would definitely recommend her to others.
I had contacted Leaf Filter last June (2024) to install gutter guards because I saw their product in one of the trade shows. I was interested in the product and since they were the sole supplier, it was difficult to price comparisons. Their sales rep was pleasant enough to deal with. Gave me an initial quote which I was hesitant about since it was more than double what I was thinking it would be. He did offer a discount, which I took him up on. They arrived at the farm by 10:00am removed the old eavestrough then rolled the new ones to our color choice. They did an excellent job and even cleared away the old eavestrough. They were done the job by 4 and left our home and yard clean. The house looks very good. From inquiring to completion was less than 3 weeks.. we have been working on this for 8 Mos with other contractors. So my recommendation is give them a call. The product looks great.
The first install was done poorly and not as per the contract. The repair from the same installer caused damage to the property. The staff is not on the same page with the information they provide the customer. It is a very confusing and frustrating company to deal with. The photos are from a small section of eavestrough after the repair from the initial botched install. Staff is hard to get a hold of and not very friendly. I don’t recommend this product or this company.
