I had contacted Leaf Filter last June (2024) to install gutter guards because I saw their product in one of the trade shows. I was interested in the product and since they were the sole supplier, it was difficult to price comparisons. Their sales rep was pleasant enough to deal with. Gave me an initial quote which I was hesitant about since it was more than double what I was thinking it would be. He did offer a discount, which I took him up on. Kathrine is very genuine and professional. She came out in person, took the time to look everything over properly, and explained the process clearly. She provided a budget-friendly quote that made sense, with no pressure or hidden surprises, which made the decision easy for me. I felt comfortable and confident moving forward right away. I really appreciated her honesty and straightforward approach and would definitely recommend her to others.

Extremely disappointed with LeafFilter. The pricing was outrageously high for what was promised, and the quality of work did not come close to justifying the cost. We were told rotten wood would be properly replaced, but instead it was simply covered over, which is not a proper repair. We cancelled the contract but were still forced to pay 25% of the total cost. On top of that, parts of the home were removed that should not have been touched, and now we have to pay extra for a new contractor to fix and undo the damage. They... read more

I called LeafFilter and set up an appointment for an estimate. I thought the estimate was reasonable (especially with the warranty). They did the installation the same week. My husband has been on the roof since it's been installed and he's happy with the installation. The gutter protection has been installed for almost a year now and I haven't had any issues. It works well. I'm very pleased with the product and service I received. My husband is also happy now that he doesn't have to clean the gutters.

I would advise against anyone who is considering this company for any service. They preyed on my mother who was vulnerable, once they realized she wasn’t informed. If you go anywhere else, you’ll find a much better quote and they won’t try to scam you. The contractor was verbally aggressive, and left the state of her gutters hundred times worst than when they started. Once we realized how terrible their work and service was, trying to cancel the contract was impossible. No one should be put through this nightmare.
