One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. I first saw them at an expo, and the salespeople were friendly and persuasive, so I requested a quote for two residential properties. They called me afterward and claimed that my property is considered commercial (???) based on my postal code and that I would need to be referred to a different department. The product is superior to other products that I have used for my eavesdropping and prior to installing it they cleaned, sealed and strengthened the eavesdropping. Unfortunately, during installation, damage was caused to my property. However, upon bringing this to the attention of their customer service the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. A good, reputable company, with a good product who can be relied upon to deliver what they promise.
Very happy repeat customer here! Leaf filter did my house in Sudbury a couple months ago and I was so impressed I had them do my parents house just outside of Ottawa. Installers were polite, on time and explained everything they were doing to my elderly parents. Very knowledgeable young men and the guy in the office there James was very easy to deal with. Great job all around!
I requested a quote and a small gentleman in a little car came to my driveway thinking I didn't know anything about gutters. The quote was too high and I don't care about your company. I don't care what you did and I don't care how good your product is. I want price and honesty. I gave this guy a fair chance to just hand shake and leave. He did also consider lowering the price to 50% because I threw that number out there. If I was his boss I would have fired him on the spot. Anyways do better next time. Overall it was a 4+. I felt a little pressure from the sales person to sign on the spot or the deal would disappear and I did not realize that the gutters, themselves only had a one year guarantee. It seems odd as the gutter gard has a 10 year one. The gentlemen did a great job installing the gutters. They did run into some problems when changing the garage side of the house so it took them longer. The repairs cost less than I expected. It looks nice.
