Amelia who did the estimate was very professional. She gave me the information I needed to make a decision without pressuring me to replace the existing eve troughs .repairs and modifications were suggested.The installer was amazing. He went above and beyond to do a good job in terrible weather conditions. The site was cleaned up and he worked with my handyman to organize 2 rainbarrels to be installed properly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a good job done with excellent products.
One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. I first saw them at an expo, and the salespeople were friendly and persuasive, so I requested a quote for two residential properties. They called me afterward and claimed that my property is considered commercial (???) based on my postal code and that I would need to be referred to a different department. Excellent contractors to install gutters and leafFilter protection. Polite, sociable, hard working. Worked all day without breaks. Great workmanship and great cleanup when job was done. Ensured downspouts how we wanted and suitable for rain barrel. Rained next day and gutters and downspouts functioned. No more drips over front steps causing erosion.
The services provided by Amanda M. were amazing and very thorough. The way she shared her knowledge was clear, informative, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the product, answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. Her professionalism and friendliness made the whole experience very positive. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Overall experience was very good. The sales process reminded me of being in a car dealership (MSRP vs selling price). However the installation process was great Luca was great. He explained everything well and cleaned up the job sight very well. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions.
