Overall the gutter system seems to work well until cold weather hits. Icicles form from the hood of the gutters and become dangerous when they fall. The melting water drips outside the gutters making the system totally useless. Company *** suggest I buy heating cables and run long extension cords to plug them in at an addition cost for materials and added electric costs. Plus the thought of running extension cords on a 2 story house would be rather unsightly if not a fire hazard.
Just had them installed. I cannot say yet how well they work. May need them to comeback and fix one spot. Pricey, but hopefully worth it. Installation went well.
I had an exceptional experience with Leafguard from start to finish. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. ********* the salesperson was upfront and honest without any pressure. He explained the system and even ask me questions to make sure I understood. The installation crew were superb.Steph found a problem with my house and corrected with no charge. Worse gutters ever and they dont honor contract. Will not fix problem. They were hung with wrong pitch and by new installers that even said they were new and would do their best. They will never come back on warranty claims. Chattanooga Tennessee office is closed and we are just all stuck with useless overpriced gutters that are ruining our foundations.
Absurdly overpriced. My home had leafguard installed prior to purchasing. We had a salesperson quote $7k to repair two damaged corners of the gutters. Completely ridiculous.
Cancelled Leafguard I talked to **** who sold me the Lesdguard the day after! I had called Bill the day after while left filter was at my house so they could talk to one another which they did it got quite interesting to say the least so I told Bill that I decided to go with leaf filter because leaf filter was, $6900.00 it about and Leafguard was $19000.00 **** told me that he would cancel it not saying anything about a 3 day cancellation policy so my wife is looking for a credit to our credit card but they was none, so she ... read more
We had a very nice salesman on Feb 17, 2026 named ****** ********. He seemed very knowledgeable re: product and we opted to purchase the new gutters and downspouts. The installation was on the 19th or 20th. After a few days we noticed faulty work on the soffit and called for a service call. We were told next time the truck was in the area they would stop by, not acceptable. After a short time we called again and made an appointment. This resulted in a no-show. Just had two people who said they were from Leaf Guard come to the door. One tried the door handle before knocking with the 'shave & a haircut' knock. They ignored the No Soliciting sign. This was all caught on the door camera.
posting fake job postings as "entry level managers" for *********** to esnare commission based door to door sales employees. Wasted an hour of my Monday.
