I had an exceptional experience with Leafguard from start to finish. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. ********* the salesperson was upfront and honest without any pressure. He explained the system and even ask me questions to make sure I understood. The installation crew were superb.Steph found a problem with my house and corrected with no charge. This company is a joke. I have a friend who has leafguard gutters already installed. I had built a four seasons room on the back of their house and needed them to come and install 30 ft of gutters. When sales *** showed up measured and estimate was submitted to homeowner it came out to *******. For 30 ft of gutters for an existing customer. We both have been trying to get upper management involved and no one will respond. We have called several times in the last couple months with no response. I had LeafGuard gutters and downspouts installed in April 2024 to replace original 20 year old gutters and spouts which were clogged and needed to be replaced. Everything seemed fine after the installation, until winter came. I had icicles everywhere! The previous gutters never caused icicles to form. My main concern is the sidewalk at the front porch where the icicles melt and drip onto the sidewalk creating puddles that freeze, which requires me to constantly put down salt and chip the ice away. **** *. prides himself on having a journal full of happy LEAFGUARD customers, but he and ********************** are not worthy of A+ Rating. I signed the contract on 11/28/2025. I told him water gets in my garage and patio. He claimed he could fix it for about $9,000(financed at 6%). On the following day 11/29/2025, my gutters were installed. My Experience with LeafGuard Recently, I had an encounter with LeafGuard that I believe is worth sharing for those considering their services.On Tuesday, two LeafGuard representatives visited my home to promote their product. Although I informed them that my gutters were newly installed within the last three years, they were persistent in offering a free quote. Great product, but service after the sale is NON-EXISTENT, at least in the *********, ** office. Significant storm damage has resulted in our existing Leaf Guard gutters and downspouts to need replacing. I have been hounding them for 7 months for a quote to send my home owner's insurance company and still don't have it. They DO NOT return phone calls, texts or emails. Escalting my issue to their corporate office resulted in a response, but still not a quote I can submit. I would NOT RECOMMEND them.
I was charged 16k for gutters and although Ive paid 3600 on them. The interest is so high its as if I only paid 1k. Scammers and Ill be seeking legal counsel.
Do not buy from them. They do not stand behind there warranty at all. My gutters have leaked the whole time and now they want to charge me to come out and fix them. What a great lifetime warranty
The gutters do not properly collect and drain away rain water. Anything more than a sprinkle and the water flows off of the roof and directly off the edge of the leaf guard. Within 1 year my home is already showing signs of water running backwards towards the house. In the winter massive icecicles form which caues snow melt to completely bypass the gutter.
