Overall the gutter system seems to work well until cold weather hits. Icicles form from the hood of the gutters and become dangerous when they fall. The melting water drips outside the gutters making the system totally useless. Company *** suggest I buy heating cables and run long extension cords to plug them in at an addition cost for materials and added electric costs. Plus the thought of running extension cords on a 2 story house would be rather unsightly if not a fire hazard.

Just had them installed. I cannot say yet how well they work. May need them to comeback and fix one spot. Pricey, but hopefully worth it. Installation went well.

I had an exceptional experience with Leafguard from start to finish. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. ********* the salesperson was upfront and honest without any pressure. He explained the system and even ask me questions to make sure I understood. The installation crew were superb.Steph found a problem with my house and corrected with no charge. Please see the below items regarding our extreme dissatisfaction with both the product and service received from Leafguard.We spent $13,147 for a full Leafguard gutter system installation in October of 2025. Salesman came out to do an on-site inspection/estimate and worked with me on the price. Very cordial, and professional. The crew comes out the next day and can't do the job because of certain screws they needed. I contact the salesman and ** about why there's a problem with them not having what they need to do the job then get told that all sorts of extra wood work is needed due to the angle/width of my fascia. On July 25, 2026, at approximately 1:18 pm, two young solicitors identifying themselves as representing Leafguard came to my residence in the ********* community in *********, ***************, **. Leafguard sends sales people out to knock on doors and prey on old people. They harassed my 75 year old deaf mother until she signed for $12,500 in raingutters on a single story 1700 square foot home. They sold her leaf guards guaranteed to keep leaves out of gutters but then convinced her she also needed clean outs to remove leaves from downspouts. Stay away from them! Oh and by the way it's only been 10 months since gutters were installed and they leak! Scammers.
