The salesman (Peter) did a great job explaining the benefits of leaf guard, it is a premium product, love the large down spouts. Leaf guard worked with me to meet my financial needs. The installers did an excellent job. They meet all my needs.
Ryan the representative that came out to our home and spent plenty of time outside inspecting our gutter system and pointed out issues that our old gutters could potentually cause to our home if not corrected in the near future. The new gutters they would install will correct this problem. Ryan spent a great deal of time with us explaining Leafguards warranty which is an exceptional policy. The gutters are great and the installation was done well and quickly. The team was obviously well experienced. However, I would look more closely at the finance details. Be sure you understand the down payment and balance arrangements. The 18 month interest free period is not long enough to pay off your balance. The payment stated is the MININMUM required by the credit company, but does not pay the balance off in 18 months. You have to make a much larger payment to actually pay off the balance in 18 months. Allen F. Came out & gave me 3 different estimates. All were reasonable & I decided to go with them. Allen was very personable & helpful with all my concerns & questions. He even helped me with an insurance claim on one of the gutters. I'd highly recommend Allen F. & Leafguard gutters. You can't go wrong with either of them.
We had Leaguard gutters installed this week and have been very happy with them so far! We have been getting a lot of rain and have peace of mind knowing that they are protecting our home. Ryan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything would be done right. The installation crew did a fantastic job, and the gutters look great! I wondered if they would look too big on our small 1940s house, but they definitely improved the look of our home. Plus no more cleaning!!
