From the initial call through installation, the service was top notch. The estimator provided a detailed explanation of the product and warranties, and the Leafguard personnel did an excellent job of installing the gutters. The gutter system blends well with the home and I am very pleased with the results!
Very disappointed in this company. The sales person was very informative and kind and I felt comfortable giving them my business. After the gutters were installed, I came home to a mess!! Whatever was in my gutters was now scattered all along my yard. Then once the snow melted more, I found screws and bits of my plastic gutter all over my lawn as well. Dan C. was very informative and willing to negotiate. Regardless, it is an obscenely expensive upgrade despite negotiations. However, the Good Housekeeping endorsement and the overall engineering of the product sealed the deal. Installers were thorough & expertly installed the gutters very efficiently and quickly. Afterover a year, we are very satisfied with the gutters & are considering adding rain barrel upgrades.
Had my first estimate visit with Tyler. He was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and clarified possible questions. Very pleased with the product information and looking forward for the installation in 2 days. Will follow up with installation pictures. Today was install day 7/16. Rom and Sher were sent to install the gutters. They were very personable, efficient and professional. I was lucky enough to also meet Donovan Temper, the job Manager. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I have already received compliments that the gutters make my cabin stand out.
