I had Ryan come out and give me a price for Leafguard gutters. I had them installed previously but recently had an addition on the house so I knew their value. Ryan came out and gave me a great price and had them installed the next day! Great rep and great company!
The product is fine I guess? The service is abysmal. I have no idea which location my service came out of (I will be reviewing all the closest locations for this reason) but the team is awful. First team that came to install had an altercation with my neighbor where the team was being rude. I was able to capture video evidence of the worker being rude to an elderly woman. From start to finish our experience with leaf guard was excellent. Our representative Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and worked with us to get the best price possible. He explained everything in detail and did not rush us to make a decision. Our installer Brian and his team were extremely efficient and did the job quickly and just the way we asked. Jordan (Poudrier) was a delight to meet. He was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. I was ready to sign long before we came close to seeing all the bells and 20 whistles probably because I was so impressed with his grasp of the details that I knew he could be trusted with my money. The product is clearly superior as is its salesman. 5 stars for certain!!
We were very impressed with Alice from leaf guard. She came and taught us a lot of very interesting. Important facts about my house and the gutters and was informative with excitement and professionalism.. I very much appreciated all that I learned from her, and she did a wonderful job, teaching us with good comparisons and examples to help us to understand the importance of new gutters!!
