This is our second house with Leafguard for over 30 years of coverage. A recent addition to our deck caused a need for an extension. I got a quick response and appointment with their rep. Tony. He got us Next day install! Their workmanship is excellent and they came fully prepared because Tony gave a clear explanation of my needs. The install crew had to be creative to solve my new problems. They were quick and did excellent work. This is a good company with a really effective product. I’ve never cleaned their gutters!
I had Ryan come out and give me a price for Leafguard gutters. I had them installed previously but recently had an addition on the house so I knew their value. Ryan came out and gave me a great price and had them installed the next day! Great rep and great company!
I needed new gutters and saw the ad on TV for Leafguard and also a newspaper ad too for the 18 mos no interest special. I called and Lee Russell came out to do the assessment. He was pleasant & helpful in explaining how leafguard worked and there special offer too. He was punctual & friendly. Silas & Brian called and said what time they were coming & were on time. The product is fine I guess? The service is abysmal. I have no idea which location my service came out of (I will be reviewing all the closest locations for this reason) but the team is awful. First team that came to install had an altercation with my neighbor where the team was being rude. I was able to capture video evidence of the worker being rude to an elderly woman. Lee Russell was really friendly, knowledgeable, communicated everything we needed to know about the product and project, and was willing to negotiate a cost for the job that met our comfort range.
