We are completely satisfied with our recent Leafguard purchase. These are designed exytemely well and the quality of the materials is top notch. It's the little things they offered that matter like the downspout cleanouts and even the special brackets used to secure the downspouts to the brick. My downspouts have never been this secure. The installation crew showed up on time as promised and did an incredible job in 4 hours as estimated. I guess my house wasn’t right for these but I’d also guess this company will never say that from the initial sales (which is in-home and relatively high pressure if you don’t like that, but that’s their model). During rainstorms the overflow is incredible, like not having gutters at all. I’ve sent them video, they adjust it, add things, nothing changes. Was never like that with traditional gutters. Had the Leafguard guys out today to give us an estimate on our house. Troy Walters was so thorough and took his time to explain everything to my mom and I. I really appreciate someone who takes the time to go over what you need and what their company can do. We signed today and our new gutters are going in tomorrow! Here's to preserving our home and our piece of mind.
I cannot speak to the quality of the product, but the quality of the company is 1 star. This is one of those companies that feels the need to send someone out to your house instead of selling their product in store (automatically suspicious). The guy came out gave us a sales pitch. He was actually fairly nice and not pushy. He said it looked like my gutters needed replaced, and I was quoted around fifteen thousand dollars. I called a separate gutters company.
