This is my review for the sales process with Nathan. He seemed very knowledgeable and was thorough in his explanation of the LeafGuard system versus others. It’s a sales process with a high first number and then the “let me check with the office to see what I can do” but that’s okay as long as negotiations go both ways, which it did. I’ll be back to review the installation process when that happens next week, but the sales process is as what I expected. Extra kudos for Nathan for being out in a downpour of a day.
Jacob is a very nice salesperson who I would have definitely liked to work with. He did a great job getting the price down, but unfortunately Leafguard is way too expensive ($4,000 for 25 feet of gutter) and 3 times the price of another brand I will probably use. Love the product but don’t love the high price. Just want to give an honest review.
If you are looking for a company that stands behind their products, you might be interested to hear this. I bought a home on a tree filled lot 5 years ago with Leafguard gutters that had been installed by the previous owner. These were installed at least 15 years ago. They're the only thing I haven't had to replace on my home. I called Leafgaurd in Louisville needing to have a small repair done, and I was connected to Tony. He is a real credit to the company. I have nothing but good things to say about Nathan Fulleston, the representative from Leafguard who visited us this morning. He was patient and professional, funny and very knowledgeable about all things gutter related. But most important he was able to find a way to help us through the financing so we are able to purchase these gutters. Nathan was thorough in his presentation, answering all of our questions and concerns. Leafguard is lucky to have Nathan and we appreciate his visit today.
