As the consumer, I feel, my comments would be considered unbiased, and I said I’m trying to be more reflective than I am critical. My motivation for having these gutters was to protect my home from future repairs need to be done because of the design and installation of these gutters.
I understood that repairs would be partially done on the damaged soffit on the rear of my house.Installers said they do not do any of that work. That was my main goal. Now I have new gutters which were very expensive and I will still have to hire another person to finish repairs. So yes I feel disappointed and regret my decision.
