My husband and I met with Leafguard representative Anne Sullivan this morning. Anne is highly knowledgeable about roofing and roofing systems. She surveyed our property and provided us with photographs of potential problems already beginning with our new roof. Her advice and her experience have led us to install the Leafguard system. Bravo, Leafguard for employing such an excellent representative!
The representative Sean was very detailed in explaining the product. He was very thorough and patient answering all of our questions. He presented samples of the materials and demonstrated the step by step procedure to installing the gutters and the purpose of each step which left us feeling very secure with it's ability to perform what it's designed to do. Graham was very professional and helped us by going over things so we understood! He also did a few creative things to try and get the price down! The people who did the installation were very nice and polite! My husband was out there almost all day but they never got tired of his questions. And it looks awesome!!
Installation was postponed due to Winter but the Leafguard Crew was able to get to our installation early January during a mild stretch.The Color Match was Perfect with our Trim Paint and Everything Looks Spectactular.Anne Sullivan(Our Sales Rep) and David d’Arville (Installation Manager) were Both Excellect to work with and Anne was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
