The representative Sean was very detailed in explaining the product. He was very thorough and patient answering all of our questions. He presented samples of the materials and demonstrated the step by step procedure to installing the gutters and the purpose of each step which left us feeling very secure with it's ability to perform what it's designed to do. Ann Sullivan was excellent at explaining how the Leafguard gutter product controlled and moved roof water away from the house and would work for the long term. Ann using her props demonstrated why competitors' gutter solutions fall short for the long term to keep roof water away from house and foundation. Graham was very professional and helped us by going over things so we understood! He also did a few creative things to try and get the price down! The people who did the installation were very nice and polite! My husband was out there almost all day but they never got tired of his questions. And it looks awesome!!
