This program has given me a new start & has really set me up well for my future as a medical assistant. The information & the way it is delivered is so imperative. The instructor Charmain has really been a wonderful asset to this program. She really goes above & beyond for her students in ensuring they are ready as soon as they graduate. In the beginning I was very unhappy with this school, however, some things have changed for the better. I'll start with the negative, my student advisor Payton Reed is absolutely no help. At all. The welcome zoom meeting is extremely unprofessional. Forward to Saturday labs. When we began it was just discussion and nothing else. However, we gained an additional instructor, Charmaine Butler, and things completely changed. I started my classes 3 weeks ago. And the first day of class it was questionable. But our instructor is finally here and today was amazing. We learned so much today. I'm a hands on person. And today I feel like we're finally learning the skills we need to get us where we need to be. I'm grateful & looking forward to completing strong.
I would recommend this school to everyone! I learned so much and the teachers are amazing. Charmaine and Laura are the best teachers ! If I had to redo my course , I would pick this school in a second!!
Enrolling was easy. Advisors were good at reaching out and remind you of meetings. Starting out it was slow like some of the instructors were lost because there were issues with NHA but labs are very informative and helpful
