The instructors were so incredibly helpful! From the very beginning, meeting us where we were in our healthcare journey, to the end reviewing the information and ensuring our success for the exam, I could not have asked for a better experience. This program is self taught during the week. You have labs on Saturdays. It made it a lot easier with an awesome teacher. Her name is Nicole and a great room full of awesome women i’ll helping each other out
Instructors shanell, Nicole and Patricia were so great and supportive. Every class with them was full of learning. Other than my instructors Unfortunately this program had very poor communication.. me and my classmates were constantly lost and confused when it came to making sure we did what we needed to do for modules to pass. It was super hard to get a hold of someone within the program to receive answers. The first two weeks were not as hands on as I would’ve liked so it kinda sucked since I’m a hands on learner and that’s what I thought I was supposed to be doing in class but this week was way better my instructor Shanell was amazing in explaining things and not just telling us but showing us and making sure we got it unlike the first two weeks with a previous instructors
Professors Shanell and nicole were amazing. The way they taught made the whole experience easy and fun. However the advisors kept changing and changing and it was hard to get in contact with them. They had poor communication skills and took a while to respond. Overall the experience wasn’t too bad just would like for the online part was better communicated.
