Leah is great l Love her she has helped me and l know God put her in my life she cares she listens she knows how to diagnose and helps with mental health professionally. Ive seen other psychiatric providers and none compare to Leah Stallworth thank you for saving me l will be staying with you Leah and LifeStance.

I love my provider, she listens and cares and makes me feel like im gonna be okay! I usually don’t feel like im gonna be okay, so that is saying ALOT! I appreciate her honesty and realness with me and all her hard work! Thank you Leah for being an angel! Xoxoxoxo

Leah stallworth provides me excellent mental care. She takes time to listen asks questions and does whatever she can to help you to better mental health. I also want to compliment the staff who are incredibly helpful in getting messages to Leah or answering my questions I appreciate them very much.

I love my therapist Leah CRNP MSN RN she is brilliant/kind/ collaborative. I’m a tough patient as an RN MSN MBA CNAA FACHE Also receptionist Dee is excellent! Very efficient office, on line messaging.
