I manage a building with a large pool (153,500 gallons) and we were spending too much on water. Called a cheap leak detection company - no issues. This was an excellent company to help us with a leak in our pool. They came out the day after we called to schedule the evaluation quickly diagnosed our problem and we’re able to fix it the following week. The service was all that we could ask. they cleaned up where they had to do some work beside the pool and the price was very reasonable.

This review is being sent on behalf of my mom, whose pool was being serviced. The experience with every member of the Leakxperts team, along with their subcontractors, was professional, courteous, and pleasant. They do great work, they show up when they say they will, and they are just incredibly pleasant to deal with. I live 2500 miles away from my mom, so it was also great for me to know that she was in good hands. I highly recommend them.

Leakxperts charged me for a diagnostic service to determine the source of a leak in my pool. After their inspection, they identified three areas that allegedly required repair. I paid for those repairs, but the pool continued leaking exactly as before. Following additional inspections, the owner and manager admitted they had missed the actual issue and identified another leak that required repair.
