We had multiple companies come out before we found LeakXperts and not one of them could properly diagnose the issue. We were losing water daily, our pool deck had started shifting, and nobody could give us a real answer. From the very first call, LeakXperts operated on a completely different level. This review is being sent on behalf of my mom, whose pool was being serviced. The experience with every member of the Leakxperts team, along with their subcontractors, was professional, courteous, and pleasant. They do great work, they show up when they say they will, and they are just incredibly pleasant to deal with. I live 2500 miles away from my mom, so it was also great for me to know that she was in good hands. I highly recommend them.
We had your company out on Wednesday of last week for a leak test. We were presented with the results and decided to go forward immediately with the recommend repairs the following day. The two gentlemen arrived early, were very professional and did fantastic work with which we are very pleased.
Our pool isn't leaking! Thank you Leakxperts. We don't have to keep filling our pool every few days anymore. The guys that came to our house to assess our problem and then fix it were exceptionally nice, prompt and neat. Would recommend this company to anyone.
I manage a building with a large pool (153,500 gallons) and we were spending too much on water. Called a cheap leak detection company - no issues. Decided to call LeakXperts for 2nd opinion and we found major issues. If you want the best, proper resolution to problems, and fair market prices... CALL LEAKXPERTS!!!! Don't waste time or money with any other company. Go to the pros the 1st time! Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to explain every step to me. Knowledge is power and these guys are powerho... read more
