Due to some cirmcumstances beyond my control, my storage bill did not get paid for a while. These meatheads sent the notices to the wrong address, and didn't even try and contact me when they came back returned to sender. As a result, I found out 3 months later that all my stuff in storage had been sold, including valuable family heirlooms and tools important to my business.
