Edited review: When I first came here it was great, I had a five star review. I need to change it now though, to reflect how it is currently and for the last year and a half. No one cares about your recovery so hopefully you do, because all you will get here is a huge bill and harassment. They can't keep anyone in nursing, or counseling, and the people they do end up with are more worried about if you paid your balance than how you're actually feeling. They only want your money 💰💰!!!! This place is a joke. They don’t care about people trying to get help in recovery and stay clean. It is sad that we have to advocate for ourselves due to the fact the counselors are to busy complaining about how much work they have and when you have a counselor appointment the person usually talks about work, significant other, and they make you feel your problems don’t matter because you go to a place like LCTC. I've heard other clients bi*** about this clinic, but I haven't had any problems with anyone here, and honestly they saved my life when Reading wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. I enjoy driving from Reading once a week !
The staff here are absolutely the best of any other facility I've been to! My only gripe is that they only dose until 12pm on the weekdays, and 9am Saturdays, it'd be great if they'd stay open until 3pm or 4pm
I sent a letter along with 50 dollars to a friend staying at this facility. When she checked herself out, my letter was ripped open. The facility stole the money and letter and returned half of the envelope. Beware!
