This is my second time at this location and it has easily become my top nail experience since moving here. Today, I was serviced by Tracy & she was super sweet, patient and accommodated my needs. I was an indecisive about what design I wanted but she gave me space/time to decide and then she executed! I can’t wait to get serviced by her again.

I had a detail design. She was very meticulous and friendly. When I asked for two on each hand to be redone because of a problem with the design she redid the four with such a good attitude and friendly Also had pedicure and was very relaxing. Live their special for Thursday.

Mai is absolutely the best! She is loving, caring, and so attentive to detail. Every time I see her for my manicure and pedicure, I leave feeling relaxed and completely taken care of. She takes her time, listens to exactly what you want, and always delivers beautiful results. Her personality is warm and welcoming, and she truly makes the experience enjoyable. The salon is nice and clean, but my nails unfortunately came out terrible, they look like a child did them, she didn’t shape my nails with the tools as they should be done. The gel polish looks blotchy and I kept telling her and she didn’t do anything about it, the shine coat she applied it very messy, she didn’t clean my nails with alcohol afterwards, I had to come home and fix them up a bit.
