The place is welcoming, clean, and has a great aesthetic feel. The staff are very friendly and professional. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Rebecca Y, and it was amazing—highly recommended! The direct billing option is a big bonus and made my first experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for more appointments and relaxation. They also offer acupuncture, which I’d love to try next time!
I booked my daughter in for a massage at Leela Eco Spa, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. After her massage, I asked how it was, and she told me that the masseuse wore gloves the entire time. I’ve had many massages myself and have never experienced one being done with gloves. This was my third visit to Leela Spa, and I realized I had never actually left a review until now. Leela Spa is a very professional and well-run place, but what really stands out is how welcoming and restorative it feels. I had a fantastic experience at this location! It's very clean and the staff are friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the calming environment and attention to detail. The 60 min massage with Thipusa was honestly the best I've experienced. She really focused on trouble areas and went above and beyond to do additional work on areas I had no idea were an issue. She also pointed out what to focus on next time. Definitely booking in again!
After a week of intense hiking in Banff and Kananaskis, we stopped into Leela Eco Spa for massages to help our muscles recover. Our experience was AMAZING! Sam and Tharinya were super kind, welcoming, and had fantastic recommendations for us. Both of us left feeling much better, and 48 hours later we still feel great. We are so happy we stopped by!
