Really disappointed with my experience because I genuinely loved going here. I accidentally booked the wrong type of massage at around 2:00 a.m. the night before my appointment. As soon as the clinic opened the next morning, I called because I thought it would be a simple matter of changing the booking to the correct service. This place is magical! I’ve been struggling with backache and stiffness for the past few weeks, so I booked a 60 minutes massage with Parminder Sidhu. I explained my problem to her, and throughout the massage, she focused on my back stiffness without neglecting any other areas. I’ve never experienced such a thorough massage, and when I left, I felt incredibly relaxed and my back stiffness was completely gone! I highly recommend Leela Eco Spa and Parminder Sidhu.
Terrible experience here. It was my first time booking with them and I was met with the worst customer service experience of my life. Front desk staff are rude, pompous and argumentative, more interested in charging your credit card than actually delivering any sort of quality service. Amazing service and such a calming environment. Rashdeep kaur works on carrington location , and I can honestly say she is very dedicated and skilled at what she do. You’ll feel relaxed and refreshed after your visit. Definitely worth checking out with Rashdeep Kaur.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Suneela Ahuja for acupuncture and osteopathy for a while now. She’s very experienced, and her treatment style is really effective. I always leave my sessions feeling better. Highly recommend!
