Excellent experience at Leela Eco Spa Carrington. A special thank you to RMT Amya, who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and provided an outstanding massage treatment. Also, a big shoutout to Diya and Summer at the front desk for their warm, welcoming service and always greeting guests with a smile. The entire team made the visit relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!! The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Between the outstanding treatment, the welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent customer... read more
Really disappointed with my experience because I genuinely loved going here. I accidentally booked the wrong type of massage at around 2:00 a.m. the night before my appointment. The spa is lovely, clean and feels relaxing as soon as you walk in. I have gotten a couple of awesome massages from Ressy. She is kind, caring, accommodating and clearly knows her stuff. I feel wonderful when I leave and will be going back monthly!

I've never had this issue at Massage Addict as they've always been able to verify my coverage and let me know my expected out-of-pocket cost beforehand. When I asked why they couldn't do the same, I was told it was just "their process." There was no effort to explain further or offer any alternatives, and the staff member didn't seem concerned that I was un... read more
