Really disappointed with my experience because I genuinely loved going here. I accidentally booked the wrong type of massage at around 2:00 a.m. the night before my appointment. As soon as the clinic opened the next morning, I called because I thought it would be a simple matter of changing the booking to the correct service. This place is magical! I’ve been struggling with backache and stiffness for the past few weeks, so I booked a 60 minutes massage with Parminder Sidhu. I explained my problem to her, and throughout the massage, she focused on my back stiffness without neglecting any other areas. I’ve never experienced such a thorough massage, and when I left, I felt incredibly relaxed and my back stiffness was completely gone! I highly recommend Leela Eco Spa and Parminder Sidhu.
I just left here 10 minutes ago as I couldn't book an ppointment because the front desk staff couldn't tell me how much my insurance would cover until after the massage. I've never had this issue at Massage Addict as they've always been able to verify my coverage and let me know my expected out-of-pocket cost beforehand. When I asked why they couldn't do the same, I was told it was just "their process." Terrible experience here. It was my first time booking with them and I was met with the worst customer service experience of my life. Front desk staff are rude, pompous and argumentative, more interested in charging your credit card than actually delivering any sort of quality service. Zero problem solving skills, zero effort to understand or resolve a problem. They also make it next to impossible to cancel an appointment or delete your data off their fraudulent system.
