I had an absolutely exceptional experience with massage therapist Ruth Kalonji. She did her work not just perfectly, but perfectly with a plus. Ruth was extremely kind, warm, and a true professional at what she does. I’ve always loved this place, but after such an amazing massage, I’ll love it even more. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real quality and care.
My bf and I came for a couples massage and were seen by Michelle and Ruth. We were very pleased with the services as we felt they were customized for each of our needs. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The receptionist was also very kind, patient and inviting. We will be recommending this spa and return again soon. Thank you!
Unfortunately, my experience at Leela Eco Spa was disappointing. The receptionist at the front desk was arrogant and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect when arriving at a spa. The rooms were also very cold, making it difficult to relax during the service. A warm and calming environment is essential, and this was lacking. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.
If laughter really is the best medicine, then pair it with a massage from Lilo Spa and you’ll basically never need a doctor again. These folks are absolute pros – from the moment you walk in, it’s calm, welcoming, and spotless. The therapists know exactly how to find every knot I didn’t even know I had (and probably some I created by scrolling TikTok too long).
