I was very disappointed in my Massage at the spa. I don’t generally like to be negative and reviews, but As someone that gets frequent massages, This place was not at all worth my money. My massage therapist was unfocused, and the treatment itself was choppy and not relaxing. I tried to kindly express this to the Receptionist and she gave me a 10% discount however for $115 it was still nowhere near worth my money. I will not recommend to my Friends. I wish it was resolved better.
Katharina was amazing! She was very professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire massage. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were bothering me most. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend Katharina and will be booking with her again!

The therapist did a good job with the massage but the entire time, I was stressed about the foul smell and couldnt relax. After the massage, I went into the main waiting area and that smelled fine. I shared my concern with the receptionist, so s... read more
Been going to Leela Marda Loop for a year now and have never had an experience less than 5 stars. The folks at reception are always lovely and massage therapist Louise is an absolute gem! Underground parking is also a major perk in the winter.
