I was very disappointed in my Massage at the spa. I don’t generally like to be negative and reviews, but As someone that gets frequent massages, This place was not at all worth my money. My massage therapist was unfocused, and the treatment itself was choppy and not relaxing. I tried to kindly express this to the Receptionist and she gave me a 10% discount however for $115 it was still nowhere near worth my money. I will not recommend to my Friends. I wish it was resolved better.
I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Leela Eco Spa, and my massage with Daniella was truly best-in-class. Daniella is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and deeply caring, she took the time to understand exactly what my body needed and delivered a massage that was both therapeutic and profoundly relaxing. The therapist was outstanding, highly skilled and professional, easily one of the best massages I’ve ever received! Loved the music and the thoughtful touch of offering wine before the massage. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. An amazing experience—I can’t wait to come back.
I spoke with Taylor on the phone regarding a no show fee at the Township location . During the call, Taylor was unprofessional and escalated the situation rather than attempting to de-escalate it. Rather than further assisting me, Taylor repeatedly stated "they are going to tell you the same thing I told you". I maintained a neutral tone and was trying to find a resolution; however, Taylor refused to transfer me or allow me to communicate directly with a Township representative. I recently had a massage here,and while the massage itself was good, when I went to submit to my benefits I found out the massage therapist is not currently registered so was not reimbursed. I felt this was not clearly laid out when I booked. When I contacted the spa about this they argued with me rather than trying to make it right. I will not use this spa again myself - if you use it, confirm with them the therapist is registered or maybe check with your insurance provider.
