I was very disappointed in my Massage at the spa. I don’t generally like to be negative and reviews, but As someone that gets frequent massages, This place was not at all worth my money. My massage therapist was unfocused, and the treatment itself was choppy and not relaxing. I tried to kindly express this to the Receptionist and she gave me a 10% discount however for $115 it was still nowhere near worth my money. I will not recommend to my Friends. I wish it was resolved better.
My wife and I went in for a couple massage. It was phenomenal. She got the Thai massage with cupping; I got the full body deep tissue massage. Both of us came out fully relaxed and limber! Our massage therapists were professional and knew what they were doing. We will be returning!
Unfortunately, I will not be going back here. I had a massage here last month. From the time I was brought into the room, I noticed that the room smelled foul. I wasnt sure if it was my massage therapist, and I didn't want to offend them, so I just asked to have extra essential oils. Been going to Leela Marda Loop for a year now and have never had an experience less than 5 stars. The folks at reception are always lovely and massage therapist Louise is an absolute gem! Underground parking is also a major perk in the winter.
I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Leela Eco Spa, and my massage with Daniella was truly best-in-class. Daniella is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and deeply caring, she took the time to understand exactly what my body needed and delivered a massage that was both therapeutic and profoundly relaxing.
