We called to inquire about the availability of a unit and received exceptionally fast and friendly service. We completed the lease agreement electronically and were able to access the unit within 2 hours. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and said he was going to have the workers clean the unit prior to our arrival. The property is clean, secure, and well lit. The aisles are wide, making it convenient for storing vehicles.
The door wouldn't open on my storage when we got there and I had to pay moving guys extra because we had to go get something to pry the door open. It was yesterday on Sunday and of course no one had bothered to return my call about yesterday.
Had a last minute need to store a truck of home items. 10 clicks and I was done. Highly recommend!
