Awful experience, Dr Jean Baptiste is derelict in her duty and she completely abandoned me while in crisis after my father died. She canceled my appointment with two days notice and I was told she could see me for at least a month despite my fragile state. When I messaged her to let her know how disappointed I was with her lack of assistance Dr Jean Baptiste dropped me as a patient through a message on the patient portal.
