LEM-US more like SCAM-US. First red flag when the owner comes to survey the pool he pressures you into leaving a 5 star review. I promptly deleted that after my experience. We had an issue with a leak in our pool. We paid $490 for them to NOT fix our pool. I’m completely fine paying half as a deposit for them to come out and then fix it as discussed; then paying the rest after the repair is done. Absolutely thrilled with the service! The LEM-US team was quick, professional, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure they helped us with our pool issues. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our pool services from here on out! Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! On time all the time. Super responsive when needed. Already recommended two local friends who signed up. I worked with numerous pool companies in the past 40 years in multiple pools. Lemus is the absolute best!
LEM-US pools are the best! I’ve had 3 different pool companies since moving into my home 12 years ago. They are far above the rest! They are always kind and quick in their responses. Both the administrative team and the service teams are always prompt and willing to help. I had trouble with my filter and pump last year and they patiently explained all my options and fixed it within 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
