LEM-US pools are the best! I’ve had 3 different pool companies since moving into my home 12 years ago. They are far above the rest! They are always kind and quick in their responses. Both the administrative team and the service teams are always prompt and willing to help. I had trouble with my filter and pump last year and they patiently explained all my options and fixed it within 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am new customer to Lem-us. I was referred to them by RayPak Warranty service for a warranty claim on my new heater. RayPak told me I would probably have to wait awhile for service. To my surprise Roy scheduled me for the next day. They came promptly and fixed the problem within minutes. They also kept me in the loop on when they were coming. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for all my pool needs. I am very satisfied. Most importantly the kids are happy. Thank you for a great experience
