This was my first experience with Lend Smart. I am here to say it was a great experience which was SO needed to remove a great deal of stress during the home buying experience. Tim was awesome and extremely patient with all my questions and came up with a plan for different scenarios that could occur. Jessica was outstanding to work with and again was very patient and thorough throughout the entire process. The entire process was seamless!!
