For being such a "young" lender, Lendz Financial is one of the best non-QM wholesale lenders out there. Guidelines (and investor overlays) are easy to access and understand, the pricing engine is simple to use (sign-up NOT required), loan submission is a piece of cake, and lender forms are made easily available.
