For being such a "young" lender, Lendz Financial is one of the best non-QM wholesale lenders out there. Guidelines (and investor overlays) are easy to access and understand, the pricing engine is simple to use (sign-up NOT required), loan submission is a piece of cake, and lender forms are made easily available. Underwriting is sensible, and I've never needed to be constantly asking my AE to intervene or put out fires on every loan.
