Dr. Rosa was awesome and made me feel so comfortable during my molar extraction (it was my 1st ever extraction so I was very nervous) along with his staffs. Although my insurance was not covered I had to pay out of pocket but it was def. worth it. Hope to continue use his practice moving forward. keep up the good work :)
Honestly wow I’m so glad that I found this place. I had a terrible experience a few years ago when I got my wisdom teeth on the left side removed. The doctor was impatient and didn’t care that I was scared. Was such a painful process and I was traumatized and put off getting the other side removed for years. I got my right wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rosa and he was so kind. My healing was easy, and he was very thorough in explaining everything so I felt like I was in good hands. Courteous, kind, and caring staff. Went in for a dental implant. Doctor Rosa and his assistants made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They checked in with me multiple times during the surgery (which is very important and puts you at ease). Would recommend to anyone who needs to seek this sort of treatment.
If you plan to pay out of pocket and not use your insurance, then then this office is fine but if you plan to use your insurance, then buyer beware. I found this office was from my dental insurance website. When calling to make the appointment I was given 2 options. First option, since I had a dentist referral, was to have a same day appointment/procedure, pay out of pocket and be refunded once my insurance company reimbursed them. Highly recommended! As I had a jaw operation in Germany which was causing me some problems, I made an appointment with Dr. Julia Abend / Lenox Hill Oral Surgery and got it for the very next day. Wow! Dr. Julia Abend is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, very detailed & careful and explains everything perfectly. I love her approach. You feel that you are in good hands. The whole team at this practice is great! I felt better immediately after my visit.
