My experience with Lenox Hill Oral and Maxillofacial was fantastic. I had wisdom teeth surgery (two removed and two filed down). I had Dr. Peter Rosa and he was great. The front desk was also great and helped me with any paperwork. I hate to admit this sometimes but I am picky when it comes to my doctors/providers. I was completely ignorant about the whole process of removing a molar. The experience was more stressful than I expected, but I was scared to death, and Dr. Rosa and his staff did everything to make me feel comfortable. The result was better than anything that I expected. My tooth was crumbling under a filling, and Dr. Rosa took care of that quickly without pain for me. I definitely will go back to their practice freplacement.
EDIT: Unfortunately rather than respond to my emails, the office only responds to online reviews. In my latest email to them, after calling the insurance company myself (for the 3rd time), I was notified that the office failed to include the Group Number in their claim. Before that when I called the insurance company last time, the office failed to include a detailed narrative. Additionally, they submitted blurry pictures of my X-Ray. I'm asking the office to: 1. The dental office was clean, the equipment was top notch and Dr Julia was so nice 😊. My oral surgery recovery was fast with no complications. I highly recommend Lenox Hill Maxillo-facial surgery on 132 E 76th St, New York, NY 10021.
It was organized and they communicated well, explaining all steps of process. The follow up was good. All people are pleasant and friendly. I like the art in the office by one of the dr. They did preliminary work with the insurance company to provide quote on what was covered. You have to pay Upfront and then they reimburse you after they get paid so be prepared for that.
