My experience has been great made me feel at ease. I was very pleased I did not feel the shots before my teeth were pulled.
Dr.Banos and staff were simply AMAZING! I felt heard, included, and cared about. Dr.Banos was extremely gentle and explained each step of the process completely in a way that I understood what was going on and what the plan was step by step. I would not change anything about my experience at all. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I really like my dentist. Prior to my extractions she explained the procedure and my dental plan to me. During my extractions she explained everything she was doing in each step. She made sure I was comfortable and I didn’t feel any pain. When my permanent partial came the top didn’t fit and she worked on it until it fitted. Dr Banos is very professional and caring.
