Letsch Law Firm has been a beneficial support system for me during a significant sudden life transition resulting in becoming a guardian of my older brother who has special needs. Another attorney referred me to this law firm as the best in the area. Small feedback would be to increase communication via text messaging/phone calls/VM and not only communicating through email.
I hit the 5 stars for the great job Cynthia and the team did for us and the title above says "Sorry to hear that" I think the statement above may want to be changed since it is apologizing for a 5 - star rating. I had a good experience with Cynthia and her team as they helped me update my will and create a trust. Cynthia is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain different scenarios in detail so that I could make good choices based on my situation. I recommend this firm!

I was worried about the future as my husband suffered a stroke and was advised a nursing home could put a lien on our house. I have since put our home in a trust and completed a will. Very understanding people!
I had an excellent experience with Letsch Law. Firm. I went blindly into filing for medicaid for my husband and they were extremly helpful to explain every detail and walk with me thru this whole process to completion. The entire firm was very patient and very prompt to answer all my concerns. I know if I have any questions or concerns as this process continues I can contact them and they will be happy to help me. The Brain Injury Association of Iowa referred me to Cynthia, saying she'd be able to help me with financial things relative to a brain injury I suffered July 17, 2024. I wanted to find help with Medicaid and Elder Waivers. She was NOT helpful. Indeed, she was condescending and said that the help I requested wasn't lawyer work so she didn't do it.
