I've been going to Levels for a little over 3 years now, about 3-4 days a week. I don't think we've done the same exact workout twice. Some days are hard, occasionally they're downright brutal, but it's a very good, effective program. A good mix of strength training and HIIT days. Brian is a knowledgeable trainer, and is pretty hands- off unless you need help or guidance, which works for me. Best gym I’ve ever been to! This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with an exercise routine. Very accessible and challenging workouts every time, at a great price point. The owner/instructor Brian is the best!

Levels Functional Fitness is such a unique gym in how the exercises are done. Brian, the trainer, always keeps a balance in the exercises, keeping them fun yet strenuous. I have only been going here a month yet I already see such a difference. While we are doing the exercise, Brian always watches to see if your form is correct and that you are getting the best possible workout you can.
