Great storage facility with a climate control drive through building, only one I have seen in NWA like this. Secure, Safe, and great help from the people that work here! Kayla and her team are very helpful.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Levi Storage Center in Fayetteville, I just had to share! The staff was so kind and helpful, especially when it came to getting me set up with both a storage unit and a U-Haul rental. Everything was explained clearly, and they made the process easy from start to finish. My climate-controlled unit is exactly what I needed—clean, dry, and very secure. Came into Levi looking at a few different units. The manager Kayla was extremely helpful and friendly. She went over every unit they have to offer and their price ranges. While I loved the climate they also had some none climate locations that matched my budget a bit better. Kayla is awesome though and when I'm ready to sign the lease I look forwarded to working with her again!
This was our first time renting a storage unit and it was so easy and such an amazing process!! the staff is so kind, helpful, and understanding! i highly recommend them!!
DO NOT use Levi Storage. They told me over the phone that my storage units would be climate controlled, so I proceeded to reserve 2 units. I arrived at the main office at 8 AM the morning I was supposed to move in to figure out where my units were since I hadn't been able to locate them the night before. They were 20 minutes late opening and I was informed that my storage units were at their satellite location and would not be climate controlled.
