My experience was very pleasant. Walking in the door and having a person greeting you (Jenny) and directing you to a person knowledgeable in the product you are interested in buying is a real "plus". David Carraro was a real help to me in the purchase of a mattress. I outlined the criteria as to what I wanted and needed and he showed me just what I was looking for.
