Heidi Decker was the salesperson who assisted me. She met us as soon as we walked in. Directed us to the area we were interested in. Gave us some time to look around and "magically" appeared when we had zeroed in on a living room set that suited me. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to help in the final decision-making process. Lynn Downing greeted me as I entered the store and I let her know that I was shopping for a living room chair. She let me know that there were chairs found scattered on both floors and let me go on my way! I loved that! I hate hovering salespeople and she let me wander through the store at my leisure. When I selected my purchase Lynn was friendly and explained different options. Lynn exceeded my expectations.

We met David Carrero at the Home and Garden show. It was pretty busy when we got there but we started talking about the Purple mattress brand.
