My experience was very pleasant. Walking in the door and having a person greeting you (Jenny) and directing you to a person knowledgeable in the product you are interested in buying is a real "plus". The personnel who delivered the mattress and frame were very friendly and professional. They were very careful when entering the home even though the weather was raining. There was not mess and they left the area very clean,
