We originally started to work with Dee, who had a repeat customer come In. We waited a few minutes and it seemed that she was going to be busy for a while. Asked customer service if there was someone else that could help us. We chose a love seat and just wanted to pay for it. Scott was very polite and knew the products. Scott walked my wife, Nancy and I to second floor where Scott showed us the adjustable king platform bed. He suggested we lay on bed to see what it felt like. Showed us all positions of the adjustable platform king bed. Then ssshowed another adjustable king base. Again we played down and Scott went thru all adjustments. Then Nancy and I looked at mattress and again laid on each. We purchased the adjustable king base-Moto and a Casper hubrid mattress
