Scott was very polite and knew the products. Scott walked my wife, Nancy and I to second floor where Scott showed us the adjustable king platform bed. He suggested we lay on bed to see what it felt like. Showed us all positions of the adjustable platform king bed. Then ssshowed another adjustable king base. Again we played down and Scott went thru all adjustments. Then Nancy and I looked at mattress and again laid on each. We purchased the adjustable king base-Moto and a Casper hubrid mattress

Very straight forward. I was greeted. I looked around. I spotted something I liked. Spoke w/ the staff member who greeted me & we closed the deal……out the door I went.
