Lexi is always respectful, always challenges me, and I never feel judged. It feels like talking to a friend but also that friend has a lot more experience dealing with mental health, trauma, coping mechanisms, and knows how to talk me through it all. I’m so grateful to be working on myself with her as my guide. Reminding me to give myself a little grace all along the way.
