Amazing Property Manager A property manager or landlord or leasing agency really makes or breaks a rental. And Ms. Margaret has been phenomenal, on top of communicating with tenants and resolving issues quickly. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond making sure that moving in and the first few nights have been smooth.

Recent Tenant's Views Been here 6 months and it is a comfortable and safe location with responsive and friendly site manager. Good maintenance too. Recommend this place as nice and reasonable!
6 Year Resident Review Lived here since 2018 and love it. Nice units and premises, great/friendly management, extremely convenient location-not too far from anything, safe neighborhood! One and only complaint is the yearly rental increase doesn't seem as competitive as it has in the past few years.
