Great experience buying from Lexus of Dayton. I was able to purchase the car I really wanted and a better deal than the dealership in Columbus. Kurt Huffman was my sales person and was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
Very friendly . Love that the service video is able to be shared. I was able to send the video to my husband . That way he could review what the technician saw while inspecting my vehicle ,doing the routine maintenance and oil change. All 4 of our Lexus vehicles have been reliable and dependable over the years. My purchasing experience with Shane and Lexus of Dayton was the BEST car buying experience I have had in 25 years. In the last year, I have purchased a Land Rover and a Ferrari, and neither of those buying experiences came close to what I experienced at Lexus of Dayton. The AI system that scheduled my appointment had the reception porter confused (rightfully so) and my vehicle took quite a bit longer than I expected, (close to 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation) however I received individual attention on my vehicle from my advisor, Ed Hardy, who was very courteous and respectful.
