Andrew took care of the routine maintenance on my Lexus iS500 and did a wonderful job. Throughout the process he continually updated me on the work and progress with my car. I was able to text him and speak with him on the phone with any questions I had. I appreciate the video of the work being done as well. Thanks Andrew!
Had a great experience at Lexus of Dayton. I called Shane this past Saturday morning just after they opened. Discussed a RX350L with him. Decide to drive 3 hours from Southern Indiana to look at vehicle. Shane confirmed vehicle was still available until we got to Lexus of Dayton. Once we test drove the vehicle my wife and I was hooked. RX350L was as describe, so my wife and I bought it. Great experience and vehicle.
Great experience buying from Lexus of Dayton. I was able to purchase the car I really wanted and a better deal than the dealership in Columbus. Kurt Huffman was my sales person and was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
Very friendly . Love that the service video is able to be shared. I was able to send the video to my husband . That way he could review what the technician saw while inspecting my vehicle ,doing the routine maintenance and oil change. All 4 of our Lexus vehicles have been reliable and dependable over the years. Everything was great. The valet service was excellent, the recall repair was completed as promised, and the return of my car was right on schedule. My Service Consultant, Edward Hardy, was extremely helpful and couldn't have been better! Highly recommend.
