Fantastic dealership and even better sales people. Alexia Landers was very patient with me from the beginning. She provided me with every quote I asked for and every piece of info I requested. It was great to see how knowledgeable she is about the Lexus line of products, technology and features. The dealership is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect service always! Whether I'm dropping off or doing valet service, all of the service professionals are kind, professional, efficient and excellent communicators and everything goes without a hitch. When I come in, they put me in a loaner immediately and get me on my way. The valet service is also amazing- very convenient and on time!
The Lexus service team was great. Everything was on time and fast for vehicle drop off, what would be done was clearly communicated, and the vehicle was ready earlier than promised. Thanks for all the effort and professionalism!
Great service department! Ed always takes care of me when I come in for service or whatever concerns I may have with the vehicle. Their technicians are top notch and do great work! Great dealership and customer service!
