Great experience with the Lexus of Dayton service department today! Bob was super friendly and informative. It was easy to schedule my appointment online and the wait time was very reasonable. Enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in the waiting area. Great experience!
The video assisted explanation of what is wrong about your car was very helpful. We were able to make informed decision on the issues. The receptionist was very nice. He gave us a coupon worth 150 dollars and gave us a lot of personal advice as to what he would have done if he was the owner of the car. Our experience was excellent.
My service advisor, Marcus, welcomed me for my service appointment on time. He was pleasant and professional. He gave specific details of what to expect throughout the service experience and there were no surprises.
Lexus of Dayton was able to work around my work schedule changes and do many needed services promptly by the end of the day and still had time to wash the car. Greatly appreciate the loaner car. Edward, my service manager, ensures my car is in top condition. Happy with my service.
