Yet another disappointing experience at an auto shop. Car had a small crack and minor scuffs from a slight fender bender incident. Affected the monitoring electronic system on the vehicle, which I don’t care about. LG wanted to charge me 4k to replace the entire bumper and replace the (useless) monitoring module. The front man, Juan, endlessly threw a word salad at me to get me to pony up what amounts to about a third of the value of the car. I needed work on back bumper and was quoted a price. Juan Smith was professional and knowledgeable of the work needed providing a written estimate and answering all questions. Everything was executed exactly as planned-very happy with end result!
Great experience. Extremely clean and organized shop. The vehicle looks great and was fixed very fast. Juan communicated very frequently regarding the status of the work. I will recommend the shop to others.
