Great experience. Extremely clean and organized shop. The vehicle looks great and was fixed very fast. Juan communicated very frequently regarding the status of the work. I will recommend the shop to others.
I just love ❤️ MasterCraft and all of the employees from the front desk to the auto technicians. They kept me informed during the entire process and my vehicle was returned to me ahead of time. Very good work and communication 👏 👌 👍
Scratches and rear dent door ding from parking lot. Juan provided a fair reasonable and honest estimate. My experience was top notch. No surprise gimmicks.
I just tried their service for the first time, the team was very helpful, besides the fact I was there for a simple oil change, the service team did check my car for couple issues of of a concern for me, Nadeen the team leader was very helpful to explain what had to be done, no pressure to upsell like other service location I used to take my car for service. I sure do recommend this location for maintenance and other mechanical concerns! Amazing team for sure.
Juan Smith is an honest and professional/ knowledgeable person.. Not only he took care of damaged hatchback door, but also because of his experience, took care of underneath of the rear bumper that was not visible!! Great job!
