Office manager changes answers from one month to another. Lied saying we were being out on auto delivery now she's charging me 250 to deliver on an emergency basis because she didn't do what she said. Talks over me on the phone and will not admit she's wrong.
I'm so happy to have chosen Liberty Propane!!! They installed a 500lb tank for our home and I was sold when I compared pricing but Liberty also had the option to buy the tank, either right away or later on if we choose to. We also take advantage of pre-buy pricing so that we have lower fill rates during winter. They are sooo pleasant to work with!!! Everytime I've had to call in, after I get off the phone, my family hears all the rest of the day how much I love our propane supplier!!
Liberty Propane (Ron) installed my GE Monogram stove today. This is a large top-of-line GE stove that weighs 800lbs. That required a lot of planning to ensure it was install snug to the space. Ron was extremely proactive he made a visit prior to performing the install. The next day he came with an associate and work out every detail. Thanks Ron for all of your and associate’s hard work!
Liberty Propane just takes care of us. Deliveries are on time and efficient. They respond quickly if we have an issue. I recommend them highly.
I was just at the beauty salon that I patronize and they had no heat or hot water. Why? Because Liberty Propane turned it off over the weekend, to the building and never notified the business owner. She thought she was out of propane or that her system needed to be repaired. It's Thursday and it hasn't been resolved. That's all I need to know about Liberty Propane. Terrible service and customer service 👎
