Went to life laboratories on bicentennial drive in Springfield ma. The phelbotomists we're doing double duty, registration and lab draws. Even though there was a long line of patients waiting to be registered, they were pleasant and kept their cool. Only 3 staff members. Great job ladies. A pleasure. 9 am.. 4/8/25
My infusion nurses are the best. They are caring and make me feel comfortable and relaxed always worrying about my needs and my husbands. This may sound strange, they almost make me feel like I don’t have cancer while I’m there. They mean a lot to me…
Infusion appointment was on time. Nurse was working alone, but still provided excellent care. This is yhe third time iI’ve received treatment here. Never had an issue eith any staff.
Maria and Dawn are the best phlebotomists I have ever used at any location of Life Labs. They are friendly and can find a vein without an issue, Very efficient and never a bruise. I travel twice the distance to see these ladies, because it is worth having these two qualified ladies do the blood draws.
Overall decent experience but there was lab tech that needs some training on how to speak to patients, particularly elderly ones. She was impatient and rude as all get out. 8/31/2023. It wasn't 'Jacklyn' but another young lady whose name I missed. If a supervisor sees this, add @gmail to my name and message me.. I'll give more details. Unacceptable.
