Very disappointed with my experience and lack of professionalism in this agency. When upon arriving at this location with my child, most of the techs here were very detached and cold towards the kids. One tech was shoving her feet to my son’s feet to get him moving faster almost falling over on him. Gossip was being stirred up in the building between techs. The director and gabby are amazing but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to mirror the rest of the company here. I couldn’t leave my child here in the hands of these people... read more
