Horrible and unprofessional. Wade is rude and disrespectful. He is petty and spiteful. I was cleared to pick my child up early for OT therapy. Which i have came and did before with no issues. I had a conversation with Zahra about the constant bad experiences i was receiving from the techs and lack of communication when its time for pick up. It was issues from the very beginning. I LOVEEEE THIS ABA CENTER FOR DAUGHTER SHE IS LEARNING. VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE STAFF ZAHRA IS A TOP TIER EMPLOYEE SHE HAS A BUBBLE & VERY WELCOMING PERSONALITY!!! VERY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATION & LOVES THE KIDS . WADE VERY SWEET & DOWN TO EARTH GUY VERY INFORMATIVE & FULL OF SMILES FOR THE KIDS . Excellent service, awesome clinical technician
My daughter loves it here and she has progressed so much since she started! The people working here are amazing and we are very sad that she’s aging out. 10/10!
If I could give zero stars I would! The attitudes and demeanor of these workers are very unprofessional! I would 100% not trust them with any child, especially one of autism. They are very distasteful. Look elsewhere if possible!
