Fast, friendly and polite I came just as it was time for the employees to go to lunch. Instead of asking me to come back the employee waited and was very patient with me and was sure to check that I would be able to access everything by myself.
Polite and Convenient I reserved my unit online then went in the next morning to finish the paper work. The owner was there and was extremely nice and helpful. She told me about how they recently acquired the property and was honest with me about issues without me even having to ask. It was great that she was willing to be upfront about everything.
