I came in with my son this morning to go over options because we're moving to the area. Brad, an assistant manager, I believe, was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions. I wanted to take time to leave a review, which I don't normally do, but because of the fact that he was helpful and polite impressed me. You don't see that often these days.
I recently used the services of LifeStorage and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, but I would like to give a special mention to Nicole Smith. If I could give less stars I would manager was an absolute loser. Said they reserved a storage space and when I got there gave me a completely different one.. he was rude the entire interaction. do not use this location .life storage Ashland ma.

I wish I would be able to give zero star .They overcharged, never charged me for what my agreement was .I set up auto pay and when they switched over to extraspace lost my auto payment. Then on Sunday September 3rd they told me I was overdue I asked if I can stop by to pay and the manager say yes I told her I would be there around 11:30 am and she said OK because she would be there till noon ,I arrived at the time I was told her and Noone was there .Then they cut my lock and put other locker by next day .They overcharged, th... read more
