Super friendly I got a tour and was helped by both guys there. I had to call to see why my access code wasn’t working and he came and helped right away.

Great Customer Service I set up an appointment om the phone with Ashley for a Friday morning move in. She encouraged me to fill out a rapid move in online form before showing up. This way I was able to get $25 off from my move in cost. She offered me directions after double checking if I knew where the location actually was. Simple process, nice facility I was looking to downgrade my unit at another big name facility and they wanted to charge me more fees to do so. I decided to look elsewhere. Found a small storage unit at Life Storage for a great price. The manager made it so simple and easy to rent the unit. We were in and out in just a few minutes. I’m glad I found this place to store a few things and I don’t have to pay an arm and a leg either.
Great facility and great people to help. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the customer service was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.
