The store manager, Wayne, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I can’t even express through words how amazing this self storage facility is. The storage units are very clean and spacious. It’s climate controlled as well! None of my items will ever be too hot or too cold! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family for their storage needs!

I’ve had a unit here for a few years and never had any problems when the facility was named Life storage. Since the company change the name and management. I’ve had my unit price go up with no email, letter or text. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The associates at the front desk at the facility in Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge are top notch! They helped me maneuver my way through a glitch with my account and did it with kindness and professionalism. Kudos to them!!!
Been renting a unit from here for year and half. And had a good experience with them since I been here. And the people that work here have really good customer service as well.
