Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience today. During my move, I discovered that the truck had a leak. Because of this, several of my belongings got wet while being transported. It’s extremely frustrating considering I trusted the truck to keep my things protected during the move.
Mr. Joseph was an amazing help with assisting me. Quick and professional service ! Highly recommend coming to The Storage Center at Balis.
Was able to come in, and get everything situated with no dilemma. Ramon was very professional & courteous throughout the process. Any questions I had was answered accordingly without any hesitations. I highly recommend this location.
I just switched from a different storage facility to Devon Self Storage and would highly recommend them to others. The staff was incredibly helpful from the phone calls prior to signing up, to the employees on site. The facility seems secure as all of the units are interior units and protected by 2 sets of security doors. The inside is clean and the rates are manageable. I’m new to this facility but am very happy so far.
I’ve spoken to Ramon on the phone since Devon took over this space, and every conversation made me more appreciative of his knowledge, amiability, and exemplary professionalism. I went by today to pay my bill, so I was able to meet the person behind the voice. Ramon is always ready to provide the highest quality in customer service.
