One of the biggest issues is people opening businesses without understanding common sense. Why would you allow parking around the entrance of the storage as if trucks are not used to load and unload storage units. I should take the labels and plates off my truck and just slam into every vehicle in the way of me getting in and out. 🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿 storage facility itself very good.
Today I was very busy and I lost track of time. My storage unit at 163 Sackman Street in Brooklyn NY was closing early and I rushed out leaving my mobile phone and when I returned to retrieve it after it closed I was immediately assisted by Jasmine who was courteous and professional. She allowed me to retrieve my phone. Thanks again Jasmine for your help.
My stored property at Life Storage located at 163 Sackman Street in East Brooklyn NY was put up for auction and removed by facility management without any prior notification. I spoke with two store managers who were both incredibly dismissive of the entire situation while making weak claims about trying to reach me regarding the auction. Literally the best Storage Center in town. The place is clean, the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. It’s an easy process to grab my things out of my storage unit. The prices are very affordable. 10/10 experience.
