I have been at this storage facility for a few months and it has been both affordable and convenient. The facility has adequate surveillance and is well lit. They also just installed new motion sensor lighting for the 1st Floor Access Indoor units. Staff on sight is always helpful.
My experience was nothing but great! The manager was informative and very professional. He even found a dolly for me to use which I accidentally locked in unit. His customer service skills, I applaud even with the situation my family was going through he made it a lot easier. I commend him!
When looking for storage we came across Extra Space Storage and were greeted with friendly staff. The units were clean and well kept and the manager, Adam was especially helpful to us.
Extra space storage had been great. Clean,secured and if I was late on paying calling to remind me. Adam has been awesome.
Great experience! Reserved my unit online the day before I needed it, and instantly received my gate code, which was huge as I was on a time crunch and needed to move in on Thanksgiving day! Unit was clean and secure, and sturdy deadbolt was waiting inside. Easily drove my 15 foot Uhaul throughout the facility. No issues!
